I got to talk to my brother Alex today!! It was so nice to hear his voice and to get to talk to him!!!
I love him so much and am so proud of him for going out and doing the lords work!!
Can't wait till Mother's day next!!!

Gingerbread Houses & HolliDinner

GINGERBREAD HOUSES
A few Sundays ago Chris & I decided to set Dan up with my friend Tasha. We set up a double date for that Saturday to go to Zoo lights and a movie. Well by the time Saturday came it was FREEZING outside and it was like snow storm every chance it could get! So we decided to do a movie and then make gingerbread houses (Chris's idea!) So we went to the movie, which was WAY funny. We saw 4 Christmases. If you haven't seen it, I suggest going to go see it!!
After the movie we went to the store to get stuff for gingerbread houses and headed to Chris's to make our gingerbread houses!! Well it was a BLAST! Good job Chris! Haha!!

HOLIDINNER
Since Chris moved into his new house he's been wanting to have everyone over there, so we decided to do a friend Holiday Dinner, hence the HoliDinner :) So we invited our closest friends and assigned each person something to bring. Because lets be honest, there is no way Chris and I could have cooked everything, let alone afford it all. LoL! So everyone was assigned a dish to bring. Chris and I made jello, ham and the drink. Justin & Kaitlyn brought potatoes, Dan brought stuffing, Steph brought rolls, Seth & Danielle brought desserts, Katie brought a dessert and Cassie & Aaron brought yams. We played Mario Party on the Wii while waiting for everyone to arrive then we ate! Everything was SO yummy!! After dinner we took a bunch of pictures as a group around Chris's Christmas tree! After that we played a game for a little while and then we just hung out and listened to music!! I am so thankful for my close friends. We're gunna try to do a dinner every month. Should be super fun! Hopefully with the passing of the holidays people wont be so busy and we'll get to see our friends more often!! :) Anyways, the HoliDinner was a success and I'm so thankful for everyones help and so glad that everyone came!!

Polar Express

Back in the summer Chris said something about wanting to take a ride on the Heber Valley Railroad. Well in the winter they do the Polar Express. So I thought it would be fun to get his family together with the little kids and go on the Polar Express! So Lindsay, Katie and I all ordered tickets at the same time so we would all be sitting by each other and got excited for our adventour on the Polar Express come December 9th!! It was a blast, I even got me and Chris matching PJ bottoms!! The little kids loved it! Hallie was a little nervous of Santa, but she did great!! The other kids were super excited to see Santa and tell him what they wanted!!

Math Final

I PASSES MY MATH CLASS!!!!!
Oh my heck!!! Its incredible!!! I emailed my teacher asking what I would need on my final test to pass the class... (I am AWFUL at math) and he said all I needed was a 32% on my final to get a C in the class!!! I am SO happy!! Yes, it might not be a B or and A.... but just to pass Math 101 the FIRST time is a blessing!!! I have been SO SO stressed about this class, and especially with transfering to SLCC next semester they have NOT made this whole math situation easy.... so I've been worried I may have to start all over at 990 again, or whatever.... but now I can take 1050!! My last math class until the maths I need for my major, which aren't really math classes, more so classes on how to teach math. ha! Shouldn't be too hard right?! Hope not!!
But yes... so today is a good day, not only did I pass the dumb placement test I had to take at SLCC, but I also PASSED MY MATH CLASS!!!! WOOHOO!!!!
I just want to jump for joy!!!

Winter time is here!!

Ok so SO much has been going on!! And I'm not very good at posting blogs while I'm at home! But here is my chance! ha!! :) So Thanksgiving was a blast! It was just Me, my Mom and my Dad for Thanksgiving this year... some may say "Oh thats too bad" other might even say "That doesn't sound like much fun" Well... it was!! Ha! It didn't seem exactly like Thanksgiving, because there were only 3 of us, but it was still a super fun day!! We watched the parade, went and bought a new game, watched the dog show ha!! And played the game. Then we finished fixing Dinner and had our amazing Thanksgiving dinner!! After that we put up the Christmas tree, I took a nap and then headed up to Ashley's to hang out with Chris's family! Boy was it more exciting over there!! haha!! With all the kids! Ha, and Kelly and Krista were in town with new baby Tessa!! So cute!! :) Here are a few pics from Thanksgiving....

So that was Thanksgiving! Then Friday we spent ALL day and moved Chris into his new Townhouse!! YEAH! He was SO excited and it is really nice!! He loves it and I've grown to like it a lot as well! Oh and if anyone knows anyone whose looking for a place to live, his roommates all bailed on him so let me know! : ) Then my parents had their annual "After Thanksgiving" Party, this year it was themed Blue & Red.... to semi celebrate how great BYU & Utah did this year. Even tho we still wish BYU beat Utah. haha!!

Then Saturday we went with The Robinson's and rode Trax to Gateway to eat lunch and then went to see Santa Vs. The Snowman 3D! Ha! It was a lot of fun... we walked around the Plantarium, (I think thats what its called lol!) and took some pics and hung out!

After we played around for a little while it was time to get our sweet 3D glasses on and watch the movie!! It was a lot of fun! I love spending time with the Robinsons, and sure hope they love spending time with me too! ha!! :)

Pretty much our Thanksgiving weekend was jam packed with fun, fun, fun!!!

Things are going great and Chris has been in his house for a week now!! Its still kinda sureal.. but he loves it! And its super fun!! First thing we did even before he moved all his stuff in was put up his christmas tree! ha!! It has lights on it but no ornaments. Poor tree!! But no worries, I have supplied it with 2 ornaments so far! :)

This weekend we went to Chris's work party which was on Friday. I was excited because... well duh, I get to dress up!! Not often do girls get to dress up in super pretty dresses! ha! So I was excited!!

Saturday Chris had a volleyball tournament up at the U. He played with Justin and Mike Nelson (no relation, ha!) They did such a great job!! They took 2nd in a tournament with a TON of guys!! Chris had a ton of fun and I always enjoy watching him play!! :)

We also had the opportunity to go to Temple Square and enjoy the lights Saturday night with April and her Husband TJ! It was a lot of fun.. minus the finding parking... no thanks to the dang Jazz game going on as well as it being a Saturday it took FOREVER to find parking... but Chris and I managed to make the best out of the trafficy situation :)

Oh my...

Good Golly!!!! Twlight... Love the book... not obsessed like some people... (marie... ;) But def love the book....
Wasn't super excited for the movie. Like I was, but not like OMG I'm totally going to see it the midnight showing... blah blah blah!!! ha! Because well I don't think that the characters were pciekd very well... Well mostly just Bella and Edward... how ever with the previews Edward started to grow on me... but Bella, well Bella just didn't work for me.

Well I saw it today with my Mom and Cassie.. and Holy Moly!!! I LOVED IT!!! SO good!!!
Robert Pattinson did an AMAZING job at playing Edward!!! Kristen Stewart... she did good too.... but there were some parts that just didn't match up in my head. But its all good. And Ashley Greene who plays Alice.... SO good!! I love Alice!! hehe!!! :) I wanna be her! ha!!! :)

Anyways two thumbs up for sure!!

Happy Birthday Mom!!

Today was my momma's birthday!! I'm not gunna tell ya'll how old she is... cuz thats not the classy thing to do... so we're going to do bets!! haha jk!!!
Nah, but I just wanted to say how much I love my Mom! She is the strongest, most wonderful woman I know!! I couldn't have picked a better Mom.
She takes care of me when I'm sick, she talks to me, she'll text me whenever, she's smart, funny, silly, serious, has an amazing testimony and she also helps me with my homework!! haha!! Yeah mom! :) I love her more then anything, and she means the world to me!!!

Mesquite + Volleyball = Fall Break!

Alright... so I haven't written in a while.. and I've been wanting to write abt fall break, but I haven't been on my computer with my pictures... so I haven't done it... but here I am now.. writing on MY computer WOO!! haha! :) So fall break was AWESOME! I went down to Mequite with Chris Thursday night after work on our way down we listened to the BYU game.. because thats what we do lol! And we also stopped at In-N-Out in St George! Oh how wonderful it is to have In-N-Out in SG now!! Makes life SO great!! hehe!! :) Then we finally got to Mequite, well we were both so pooped that the minute we layed in bed we were out! :)
Well I tell you I was stoked to sleep in on Friday morning... but did that happen? Nope... there were little children running a muck on our floor.. so thats all I heard outside.. so that didn't happen. But you better believe that we both layed in bed until a good 9o'clock! ha!! It was such a nice day.. it was warm, and beautiful!! I wanted to go out and just be outside in the nice weather... So we went and checked out the casino and then walked around outside. Then per request of Crob we went back to the room for a nappy-poo! ha! After our short but nice nap we decided to go find somewhere to eat lunch. We found this sweet little southwestern cafe.. it was pretty good. But I guess you can't expect much from Mesquite.. ha! We then went back to the hotel and hung out. It was such a nice day!! So relaxing and just fun to be with my man! Also Crob's sister, Katie and her family, Ryan, Colton and Ky all came down cuz Ryan was playing ball with Crob. As well as Seth, Danielle and Dan. It was fun to have everyone down there!
Saturday we Ryan and Crob played volleyball, it was a lot of fun watching them play and hanging out with Katie and the kids as well as Ryan's family. After ball we went and slept and then Ashley and Ben drove up from Vegas and hung out with us. We went swimming and just kicked it. Then we went to dinner with Dan, Seth and Danielle. We went to this cafe in the Casa Blanca... ya not the greatest food... oh well! ha! We did a little gambling and then went to bed! It was a bunch of fun!! I won $5!! haha!! First time gambling and I didn't lose a thing! :D
Sunday we went to brunch with Katie, Ryan, Colton, Ky, Ben and Ashley at the hotel. It was a lot of fun and the food was way yummy! Well then it was time to go home... BOO!! I always hate driving home from trips! Its the worst part about vacation.. that and packing and unpacking.. ha! But me and Crob stopped in SG to do a little shopping... Crob had a bit of a shopping spree in Mesquite so I thought.. I wanna shop at the outlets! Ha!! So we shopped a little and then drove home. We stopped in Filmore for lunch/dinner, boy was the an experience. haha! The ppl there were quite the interesting folk. If we had only driven to the next exit we would have been a little safer from the crazys!! haha!!! All in all it was a GREAT trip!! I had a blast being with Crob and our friends and his family! I can't wait till the next one! ha! whenever that might be... ;)

Life...

life continues to get more exciting and better every day. Or course there are those days where you just don't know how much more you can take, you feel like you have lost it, or you just don't see anything moving forward. But in all reality life is moving forward every minute of the day! It just really depends on how you look at things. Well... things are great. Yes there have been bumps and struggles the last little bit, but all in all getting over those bumps and through those struggles is what makes you stronger! And I am so very thankful for those people I have in my life that help me get through those bumps and struggles. The few people I can count on... one of those people is Chris. I am so blessed to have him in my life, not only as my boyfriend, but as my best friend too! I tell you we have been through all most everything together! Ha! Guess thats what happens when you are friends for two years before you date! :) But that had to be the best decision I have made yet. To let my heart take a risk and give my heart to him. Its easy to talk to him, he can talk to me, and that is something that is SO important! We are not only growing as individuals, but as a couple. And that is something that I think is SO important! I am so glad that we can do that... that we can grow together and make our relationship stronger every day! Its something that everyone should experience. I never thought I'd be with someone who was so understanding, so caring and so much dang fun!! We have so much in common and I am more myself with him then I have ever been with anyone I've dated. I'm more myself then I am with a lot of my friends too... and plus we want the same things out of life.. which I've found hard to find. So yes, life is a bunch of bumps, struggles and other things... but as long as you keep true to yourself and those you love things will work out for the best!!

Anyways, I'm so excited for this weekend!! Tomorrow after work me and Chris are going to mesquite! He has a volleyball tournament saturday and really I just wanted one day to sleep in and not worry about anything. Really just do nothing ALL day!! So I am SO stoked for that!! WOO! I LOVE watching him play volleyball. Its nice to see him doing something he loves to do. And I don't mind watching my man hit some balls around.. hehe ;) And Marie, Michael and Gram are also going to come either meet us in Logandale to see Grandma and have dinner!! I'm just excited for a real vacation!!!
