Spring time!

Man I haven't been keeping up to date with this blog now have I!?
Well not tons has happened, but things have happened since the beginning of the year! LoL!

January
Was full of fun times and starting the new spring semester of school!! It was a tough one! I had 4 classes and Chris had 2 pretty hard ones!

February
For Valentines day Chris took me to one of our favorite sushi restaurants Blind Dog, in Park City! It was a lot of fun and then we went back to his house and just relaxed! He also got me the prettiest roses ever!! Couldn't have asked for a better Valentines, he's the best valentine ever, and the best boyfriend and best friend a girl could ask for!!! :)

March
Was a lot of fun! It was my birthday so thats always exciting!! The day before my birthday Chris and I went to Tucanos with my parents! Oh man was it a blast! I got to stand up on the bench and shake a tambourine! haha!!! I wasn't embarrassed at all! LoL! There were tons of high school kids there for prom and they were clapping along it was funny! This year me birthday fell on Saturday, Chris took me shopping that morning for my birthday, which was a great present! :) I got some good stuff! LoL! Before we went shopping we had "brunch" at hot dog on a stick! Woot! And in the food court there are TV's now that play music videos, well I would pick a song and he would have to guess what I had picked before it came on! We played a good 4 songs that are "our" songs! After the mall Chris had a friends birthday party to run to so he did that while I got ready and danced around to Selena Gomez with Alice! haha! It was a blast! :) Everyone needs a little dance time with their puppy every now and then! Then I celebrated my birthday with Danielle Satterfield, her birthday is the 30th and mine is the 27th. So we had a huge friends birthday up in Park City at Bandits. It was a blast!! We also celebrated Alice's 1st birthday!! Man we just love that little puppy dog!! She is SO cute! Chris loves to play catch with her, he'll throw the Frisbee to her and she'll catch it in the air! She's so good!!

April
The second weekend in April we went down to St George for a volleyball tournament. Some of Chris' sisters came down and Dan, Emilee, Seth, Danielle, Justin and Kyle all came down as well to hang out and play ball! It was such a fun trip! Friday Chris and I left at 9 in the morning so we could take full advantage of the super nice weather down there! We layed out by the pool and got a nice sun tan! Once everyone got there we hung out some more by the pool and then went to dinner! The boys had to get their carbs in for the next day! Saturday we watched the guys play volleyball! It was so fun, like always and it was VERY warm! Which makes it so much better! haha! Especially when its so cold at home! Chris did a really great job! After we went back to the pool, took the best nap ever and then went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse for Dan's birthday since it was the next week! It was a super great weekend! Can't wait to go back!!

May
School is finally over!!! Chris passed his classes with A's which I knew he would, he's so smart!! And I thankfully passed my classes, with good grades also! :) So now I finally have my associates!! Woot!! Its such a nice feeling to know that I'm only 2 years out of getting my bachelors! I also started the first block of summer semester to get one more class out of the way before fall, its gunna be rough having a class during the first part of summer but I can do it!! Its over June 23rd, so I'm just reaching for that date!! I also got to talk to Alex on mothers day! It was so great to talk to him and spend the day with my mom! She is the best mom I could ever ask for!!! Alex comes home June 28th, which I'm super excited for!! And he's pretty ready to come home and get on with life also!! So that was fun!! We're looking forward to a nice 3 day weekend in memorial weekend... we'll see what adventures come our way!!

2010!!

Happy New Year!!!
Man I stink at updating haha!!! I wanted to update with pictures, but I don't have time right now... but here are the updates of Winter 09 and the year so far!!

*Winter 09*
Winter was fun, we did a lot of thing we went Ice Skating at the Gallivan Center... my first time there... with Seth, Dani, Dan and Emilee. It was a blast!!
We went sledding with the Perry's and Alice got to run around and have fun playing with the neighbors dog Jax!
We had our annual Holidinner at Chris' which turned out to be a success! It was a lot of fun!
Christmas was great!! Chris came with my family to dinner and we played games, when he left my family had the rest of our Christmas cuz mom had to work Christmas day :(
Christmas morning I went over to the Richhart's and had Christmas with some of the Robinson's! It was so fun! I love hanging out with them!! Mom didn't end up having to work at all Christmas day which was SOOOO good!! So when Alex called that night we got to talk to him! He got to conference Grammie, Mike, Auntie and everyone else on the phone as well! It was such a nice treat!!

*2010*
New Years Eve Chris wasn't feeling great so we got some movies, candy and sparkling cider and brought in the New Year just the two of us! I have to say it was one of the best New Years ever, just being with my sweetie and spending time together!
We really took advantage of our last week off before school and spent time together and just had a blast!! Really any time we spend together is a good time!!!
School is in session now and its a killer!! Ha! Well not so much for me, but for Chris. I graduate SLCC this semester with my associates! I'm SO excited!! I can't wait to be a college grad finally!! haha!!! Chris is taking physics and anatomy. both very tough classes. But he is doing so well in them! He's gunna ace them I'm not ever worried!! :)
Today I just found out that Alex gets to come home a week earlier!! Instead of June 30th he's coming home June 23rd!!! I'm so excited for my brother to come home! I have missed him lots and am ready for him to come hang out with me again!! It'll be nice to have everyone home again!! :D Thats abt all for now.... life is great and I couldn't be happier!!

Fall 2009

Well where do I start out... Well at the end of September I was going to go to the Miley Cyrus concert with my friend Jenice, but one of my besties Katie won free tickets on the radio, so I went with her... let me just tell you WAY fun concert!! We had 9th row tickets!! can you believe that?! I have never been so close at a concert before, it was so fun!!!

At the beginning on October Chris and I carved some super awesome pumpkins!! It was a blast!October 17th I thre my Best friend and Sister Cassie Smith a baby shower, it was so much fun!!

October 24th Chris' sister Katie had a Halloween party, it was so much fun!! We all dressed up and played games and ate some super yummy food!! :) Chris was Gumby and I was a Flapper girl!

October 23rd Cassie text me saying they wouldn't be able to make it to the Halloween party the next night... well I was very sad but when she told me it was because she was in labor with my little niece Brighton I was SO excited!! Brighton was due October 30th, but decided she was ready to come out December 24th at 12:30am after having mom go thru almost 24 hrs of labor!! That little stinker! ;) I was able to go visit Mommy and Baby that morning (the 24th) and I was SO excited to see them!! We have been waiting a long time for this little stinker! I couldn't wait to get over there, so I went bright and early at like 9am!! ha!! :D Good thing they were all awake! Ha! :D Here are some pictures of Baby Brighton the day she was born!

Time flys....

So clearly I haven't written in a while, so here goes an update of the last two months! ha! :) Well for the 4th of July I spent the weekend with the Robinson's! It was such a blast and I couldn't have more love for another family then I do for them! They seriously are my second family! Chris played in the tournament in PC and Kelly, Krista and the kids were up for the weekend so we all stayed in a hotel for the weekend and watched Chris play ball! He did a good job! It was just so dang hot! We swam, ate good food, hung out with the family and just had a good time!! However, I was disappointed in the firework show PC had to offer, I mean it was a good show, but it wasn't very long by any means... so that stunk... I told Chris next year we're going to Evanston, even if we just go up that night! Because I LOVE the fireworks up there!
We also celebrated Chris' birthday on the 10th! We went to dinner with our friends Seth and Danielle and then they treated us to a movie after! We saw UP! Its such a good movie! I loved it!! :D The 24th of July was a lot of fun also! My parents helped build a float for the parade for their ward, it was a GREAT float! Sadly they didn't win any awards in that parade, BUT I thought it should have! Ha! It was super cool! So the 24th we watched the parade, and then we went up to PC to swim at the mountain side! It was a lot of fun we played volleyball in the pool with the Katie, Ryan, Brenden, Ashley, Dan and a couple other randoms that asked to join in on our game! ha!! :) Gotta love the Perry's! That night Chris and I drove up south mountain and watched the fireworks thru the whole valley! It was a good time! :D Saturday we decided that we wanted to go to Cowabunga Bay, this new water park right by Chris' house! Its super small... but it was a lot of fun! We went on all the slides but the little kiddie ones and got some good sun!
This last weekend we were invited to Seth and Danielle's cabin (well, Danielle's dad's cabin ha!) up in Heber! Oh man was it up there in the middle of the mountain! haha!!! Seriously tho! It was far up there! It was a blast, I got to meet some new ppl, and we all got to hang out! We went four wheeling after breakfast and did a mini hike!! When we got back from our adventure everyone was playing badminton, so we joined it! Oh man! I've never really even played badminton but its SUPER fun!! haha! Especially when you have 5 ppl on each side! LoL! :) So we all played that for a while and then me and Danielle sat out and got some sun! It was pretty hot during the day, but ultimately super nice!! We ate lunch, and then went on another mini hike down to a creek that was behind the cabin! After that we took a lovely nap and then decided to go four wheeling again! Oh man did we have a blast! It was so much fun! When we got back we played some games and just relaxed! It was such a fun weekend! Oh and we saw lots of deer! :D I'm so glad we are friends with Seth and Danielle... they are such awesome ppl! And ya... that pretty much brings us up to speed! ha! :) This weekend we're going to SG and then in 2 weeks I'm off to DC for 5 days to visit Steph! I'm so excited, sad to leave my sweetie, but excited to go back east and see stephie!! :D So until next time.... ;)

Disneyland Trip

So last night Chris decided to bring it to my attention that I hadn't written on my blog in a while... he checks it every so often ha! So I thought today would be a good day to write.... Since I wrote last not a ton has gone on.... My life is just as exciting as ever before ha!! But some things have happened.
The 2nd week in June I went to California with my parents and our very close neighbors the Nixons (Tracy, Melanie, Josh (11), Jake (11), Hannah (9), Emma (6) and Bekah (4))! I was pretty excited, I mean we were going to go to Disneyland!! How could you NOT be excited? ha!! Well it was a blast, I had more fun then I thought I would being the only child/adult haha! I just love hanging out with the little girls tho, it means I get to be a little girl again!! haha! We went on pretty much all the great rides at Disneyland! Before we got to Disneyland the girls were talking abt how they wanted to get a notebook and get autographs from as many characters as they could, well I know that when I was little I LOVED having my disneyland autograph book to have the characters sign, I'm sure I still have it ha! So I decided that I would get the girls a autograph book and the boys one also without them knowing! So thats exactly what my first disneyland purchase was!! And boy were they super excited! I was so happy to be able to give them that! :D We did Indiana Jones first, because last time the Nixon kids were there Josh wasn't tall enough to ride, so that was his first request. Then we went on Pirates, which Bekah got to go on and then we went straight to Splash Mountain, my FAVORITE ride!! We got to do that 2 times in a row and the first time I was in the front and got soaked! ha It was good, minus it was still like 9am so it was a bit chilly afterwards! Some how Tracy smuggled Bekah onto the ride and they sat in the back of the log and the picture of her is priceless, she just looks terrified!! But she loved it! She's such a brave little girl! We then did Winnie the Pooh, Bekahs choice :) Well I could give you a play by play, but that could take a while... ha! We did all the fun rides and Bekah did all the big rides she could! She was so brave and did such a good job at keeping up with all us big people!! She pretty much walked the entire time! If my feet were hurting her poor little feeties MUST have been hurtin her! We also got to watch the Celebrate Parade, it was super fun we saw Mary Poppins and Tigger and Mickey and Minnie... and tons of other characters. They did a conga line and the girls went out, but Bekah wouldn't go without me, so I went along! Hey, its Disneyland... why not be a little kid! ha! They did a few other interactive things with the parade so now all the girls can say they were in a parade at Disneyland!! Woo! How many ppl can say that? ha! It was a long tiring day that ending in the most spectacular fireworks show ever!! Oh I just love disneyland!!
Day 2 we went to the beach and boy was that a nice break from walking everywhere! ha!! We went to huntington, my favorite beach, and hung out! We all got some nice sun! ha! Everyone was burned at least a little bit! That day I also got my lovely In N Out burger!! WOOHOO!!! Can't go to Cali without a stop at In N Out!! Mmmmmm!! hhaha! It was a nice relaxing day.
Day 3 we went back to Disneyland right when it opened and went on the couple of super fun rides we wanted to and me, my mom and the little girls went and waited in line to get Tinkerbells autograph... Tinkerbell is Bekahs favorite! So that was a lot of fun! We then traveled to California Adventures!! We went straight to Tower of Terror... another of my FAVORITE rides!! Emma and Hannah weren't big fans of that ride! haha! ;) Then we went to Soarin Over California and Bekah was a little short, so Tracy told her to go up to the sign and stand on her tip toes, so thats exactly what she did and BAM she got right in!! haha! It was the funniest/cutest thing ever! :D After that we got to see the High School Musical 3 parade and, because I'm a little persistent Emma got to be in that also!!! :D She got a button that said she was a Star or something to that effect at least ha! It was such a fun time!! Oh and California Adventures has this new toy story ride, oh man we waited for probably an hour in that line, but man oh man was it worth it!! Funnest ride ever!!! :D You like shot things with this toy pull cannon and got points! It was a blast!
We got to go on all the great rides twice, Splash Mountain, Indiana Jones, Space Mountain, Tower of Terror, and Dad got to ride his favorite ride twice, Buzz Lightyear! ha! :D
The last day we went to Long Beach and just hung out before I had to go to he airport. I had such a fun time being with my parents and hanging out with the Nixons! I just love those little girls! ha!! :D But I was missing one little thing.... Chris. ;) If he would have been there I wouldn't have wanted to come home. But boy was it nice to come home to my love!! Longest we've ever been apart in the last year!! Crazy I know! But it was nice to just be with the family too! :D
And thats whats happened since the last time I wrote! ha!! :D
Life is great, and just keeps getting more great, or is it greater? haha! idk... lol!!!

I went to the Taylor Swift concert with Katie last week... and oh my holy heck it was the greatest concert I have ever been too!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!!
It was amazing!!! Seriuosly, I've been to many concerts in my day but this one rocked it so hard!!! Ha!!! Taylor seems like such a great girl and person! She even walked out into the crowd and hugged and shook hands with the fans!! I mean how many singers do you know that would do that?? Not many!! So ya... it was ridiculously awesome and I'm so glad I got to go with one of my besties!!! :)
